This more rigorous class in classical Hatha
technique covers all movements and postures that
are key to the three pillars of flexibility,
strength, and balance. Special emphasis will be
placed on the perfecting of skeletal alignment,
the release of the visceral body, and the
straightening and relaxing of the channels.
Classical Sun salutations punctuate the balance
of postures and instruction. This more
physiological allows the muscle work in a
much more efficient manner by transferring
weight-bearing capacity to the bones. The breath
and the mind begin to function with greater ease
as the organs relax and detoxify. Includes
inversions and arm balancing.
