10:00-5:30pm

Course Description:
As we enter into the later years of our lives,
we bring with us the knowledge and wisdom we
have gained through our walk along the earth.
In ancient times, as elders in our communities
we were honored for our insight and cared for
as we cared for others. Imbalance in this
aspect of our life cycle is tied intimately to
our belief systems, improper lifestyle, and a
disconnection from the rhythms of nature.
This one day workshop emphasizes simple and
effective tools for decreasing discomfort
during our elder years. Drawing from the
wisdom of Naturopathic and Ayurvedic Medicine,
participants will be given useful and
practical remedies, including yoga practices
and a nutritious lunch, to create harmony in
our elder years.
This class is appropriate for women in
perimenopause, menopause and any woman looking
to prevent disharmony in her elder years.
